What you will do
- Establish and maintain relationships with marketing executives across commercial real estate sectors.
- Drive event sponsorship sales by researching and confirming participation for conferences.
- Manage and own strategic sales cycles while focusing on client goals and company metrics.
- Collaborate with event production to build sponsor-friendly programs.
- Document daily activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM.
- Attend and emcee events in the market to deliver value to partners.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience is mandatory.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the UK.
- Demonstrated experience excelling in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong interest in the commercial real estate industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a disciplined, organized work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment.
