Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $130,000–$140,000 base per year, $260,000–$280,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own the full client relationship for a book of enterprise accounts.
- Drive platform adoption and expansion within existing customer organizations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, including CHROs and CFOs.
- Anticipate regulatory and compliance needs to provide proactive guidance.
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle, including renewals, expansion, and pipeline generation.
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional resources to advance opportunities and deliver value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise selling experience in B2B SaaS (Account Management or Enterprise Account Executive).
- Proven track record of owning GRR and NRR with quantified results.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Ability to build executive-level alignment across HR, Legal, and Finance departments.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in Tech or enterprise SaaS selling into HR or Finance buyers.
- Experience selling AI-native platforms.
- Experience expanding customers from one product to multiple within a platform.
- Consulting or project management background.
- Working command of compensation or decision intelligence.

Hiring process
