What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead identification to closing 7-figure deals with Global 2000 financial institutions.
- Drive net-new logo acquisition through outbound activity and strategic relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Act as a consultative advisor to tailor AI/NLP solutions to customer business challenges and technology ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to influence the Cohere roadmap based on customer needs.
- Partner with channel partners, including cloud hyperscalers and system integrators, to scale outreach and revenue.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of B2B sales experience with Global 2000 in the Financial Services sector.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing multi-year SaaS deals in the 7-figure range.
- Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, including key trends and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions to both technical audiences and the C-suite.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a self-starter mindset capable of operating in an unstructured environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience selling complex technical products such as developer tools, API products, or AI/NLP solutions.
- Experience working with customers during the deployment phase to ensure production success and expansion.
