What you will do

• Lead metrology and characterization strategy for advanced HGA process development.
• Develop measurement approaches for key KPIVs and KPOVs to understand process performance and variation.
• Operate and advance lab-based metrology tools to provide high-quality data and insights.
• Establish strong correlation between different measurement techniques and tools for data consistency.
• Collaborate with process architects and global engineering teams, including U.S.-based partners.
• Define measurement specifications for new processes and tooling to maintain precision.

Requirements

• Background in metrology, materials characterization, or precision measurement in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience with lab-based measurement tools (optical, mechanical, electrical, or surface analysis).
• Strong understanding of measurement fundamentals, including accuracy and repeatability.
• Ability to extract meaningful insights from complex or variable data sets.
• English: Proficiency required for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work at the Teparuk site in Thailand.
