What you will do

• Support product launches according to strategic time-to-market roadmaps.
• Perform failure analysis to identify root causes of design or manufacturing issues.
• Initiate technical engineering ideas to improve yield and product quality.
• Provide technical solutions to support challenging business tasks.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of hard disk drive fundamentals.
• Understanding of magnetic properties and laser technology.
• Proficiency in data analytics to support global trends.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in Python, Matlab, or Visual C.
• Experience with failure analysis techniques.
