What you will do

• Execute slider manufacturing operations in accordance with the master build plan.
• Manage production teams by assigning tasks, organizing schedules, and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
• Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance team competencies.
• Address operational bottlenecks and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must be based in or able to work in Korat, Thailand.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leadership.
• Familiarity with slider manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
