What you will do

• Lead the development of HOC thickness metrology for DLC and thin film coatings.
• Optimize and standardize measurements using XRF, Ellipsometry, XRR, Raman, and Micro-XRF.
• Improve measurement accuracy, repeatability, and Gage R&R performance.
• Align cross-functional roadmaps across process, equipment, and materials teams.
• Define KPIVs and KPOVs and lead risk management activities using FMEA.
• Perform root cause analysis to mitigate risks impacting technology readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in STEM (Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science).
• Experience in technology development, process integration, or thin-film products within manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with XRF, Ellipsometry, XRR, or Raman metrology techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis methodologies including Six Sigma and root cause analysis.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in DLC or semiconductor coating processes.
• Knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R, and metrology system control.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, and KNIME.
