What you will do

• Execute product manufacturing and assembly tasks to meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Operate and monitor production equipment at remote operations centers or within the factory.
• Analyze operating data to perform real-time equipment adjustments and optimize processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and final products to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Maintain detailed production logs and documentation following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Operations Manager and peers to achieve production output goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Kulim, Malaysia.
• Possess an SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, or Non-Technical Diploma.
• Proven ability to operate production equipment following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and troubleshooting nonstandard events.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
