What you will do

• Provide tactical and strategic operational support to ensure successful development and ramp of high-volume fabrication facilities.
• Deliver technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle to support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement manufacturing decision support tools and maintain standards for operation sequences.
• Analyze factory metrics and process deviations to identify improvement areas and initiate corrective actions.
• Partner with automation groups to develop and troubleshoot factory reporting systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with operations management and stakeholders to execute output goals and solve problems impacting factory capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering major (Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Penang, Malaysia.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in structural problem-solving methods and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to resolve issues through constructive confrontation and influencing.

• Prior working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
