What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz.
• Develop and track success plans with measurable goals aligned to customers' security and compliance objectives.
• Act as the primary technical contact for a book of up to 10 strategic customers via email, Slack, and support tickets.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and prioritize feature requests.
• Identify expansion opportunities and manage risks related to churn and renewals in partnership with sales teams.
• Contribute to the scaling of the TAM organization through mentorship, documentation, and technical subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, specifically supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
• Expert understanding of at least 2 CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI) and deep familiarity with cloud-security best practices and CNAPP.
• Practical experience deploying and operationalizing Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Expert-level familiarity with Linux and Windows operating system security and advanced troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of managing 5+ complex enterprise accounts and building relationships with C-suite executives.
• Legal right to work in Japan without the need for visa sponsorship.

• Advanced CSP certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional).
