Customer Success Technical Advisor (AI Security): Deploying, configuring, and supporting TrendAI security solutions across customer cloud, on-premise, and Government Cloud environments with an accent on incident resolution, infrastructure integration, and premium customer relationships. Focus on managing production incidents, integrating security across the SDLC, collaborating with SOC teams, and providing 24x7 crisis support.

What you will do
- Deploy, configure, test, maintain, and administer TrendAI security solutions across customer environments.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, handling escalations, outages, infrastructure challenges, and production incidents through resolution.
- Manage support cases, technical documentation, configuration records, project updates, and status reporting.
- Act as the technical account owner for nominated premium customers through reviews, threat assessments, training, technical updates, and relationship management.
- Integrate security with customer Application, Cloud, DevOps, IT, and development teams across the SDLC.
- Collaborate with SOC teams on security logs, alerts, and reports, and provide 24x7 crisis support.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in post-sales technical support, system administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience deploying TrendAI or products, including Government Cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD pipelines such as Tekton, Harness, or Jenkins; and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of the security industry, application and network infrastructure, compliance frameworks, operating systems including Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Solaris, and networking environments.
- Strong communication, service orientation, problem-solving, documentation, and customer-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in CISO-led or security-focused organizations.
- Technical certifications such as TCAP, TSCE, VCP, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, MCSE, or Sun Professional.
