Location: On-site in New York City (Union Square)

Salary: $135,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the EPD function in the US.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality and pace.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a credible ambassador for the company.
• Contribute to broader People initiatives, including process design, programs, and tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth environments, startups, or VC-backed companies.
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing EPD talent across various seniority levels.
• Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineering and product leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and team build-outs.
• Capacity to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without losing quality.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
