Salary: $172,500 - $196,000 (US base salary)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery on the most complex, ambiguous, or highest-priority technical searches.
  • Set the sourcing, evaluation, and closing standard for the function, modeling top-tier performance.
  • Act as a thought partner to hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy and market realities.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters across the team on sourcing craft, search design, and stakeholder management.
  • Identify and close gaps in recruiting systems, tools, and processes to improve team velocity and data quality.
  • Build and share market intelligence, including compensation benchmarks and talent pool maps.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered tech startups.
  • Proven track record of independently closing hard-to-fill and senior technical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple high-complexity searches simultaneously with measurable outcomes.
  • AI fluency: ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows, structure problems, and improve output quality.
  • Strong operational instincts and experience owning improvements to sourcing tools and dashboards.
  • Exceptional communicator capable of building trust with executives and hiring managers.
