What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery on the most complex, ambiguous, or highest-priority technical searches.
- Set the sourcing, evaluation, and closing standard for the function, modeling top-tier performance.
- Act as a thought partner to hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy and market realities.
- Mentor and coach recruiters across the team on sourcing craft, search design, and stakeholder management.
- Identify and close gaps in recruiting systems, tools, and processes to improve team velocity and data quality.
- Build and share market intelligence, including compensation benchmarks and talent pool maps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered tech startups.
- Proven track record of independently closing hard-to-fill and senior technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple high-complexity searches simultaneously with measurable outcomes.
- AI fluency: ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows, structure problems, and improve output quality.
- Strong operational instincts and experience owning improvements to sourcing tools and dashboards.
- Exceptional communicator capable of building trust with executives and hiring managers.
