What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies to land and expand enterprise accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a geographically dispersed team of field marketing managers.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline growth through insights-driven recommendations and business reviews.
• Build and manage KPI frameworks to track program ROI and marketing contribution to revenue.
• Serve as the voice of the APJ theater to Corporate Marketing to ensure global initiatives are localized effectively.
• Manage the regional marketing budget to maximize impact across high-priority activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing with a track record of scaling high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with C-suite executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with fluency in business metrics and data-informed strategy.
• Must be based in Singapore or Australia with the ability to travel for events and team meetings.
