What you will do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the trade show and conference calendar.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics from concept to post-event reporting.
• Partner with the Sr. Event Manager to support the flagship annual customer conference, ReImagine.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop event messaging, booth design, and promotional campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to automate content production and improve event planning efficiency.
• Work with Sales and Marketing Ops to track event ROI and streamline lead follow-up processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–5 years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end event logistics and strategy.
• Strong project management skills with experience in CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Genuinely AI-forward mindset with experience using AI to optimize workflows.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for events.
