Technical Program Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-team programs, including plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Perform technical deep-dives into blockers and design discussions to drive creative paths for execution.
• Collaborate with and constructively challenge Engineering and Product teams regarding scope, timelines, and quality.
• Act as a proxy for R&D leadership to represent priorities, drive alignment, and make independent judgment calls.
• Provide exception-based visibility to stakeholders, surfacing critical issues rather than routine reporting.
• Improve velocity and quality by introducing lightweight execution mechanisms and removing wasteful processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software R&D.
• 3+ years of experience leading an Engineering or QA group at a Team Lead or Group Manager level.
• Strong hands-on technical background to credibly engage in architecture, design, and quality discussions.
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud development environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team programs end-to-end within a product company.
• Assertive communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly across senior leadership.
