Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in the NY metro area
Salary: $230,000 - $290,000 per year + variable compensation

What you will do
- Define and lead the strategy for Payroll Services & Operations across the US and UK.
- Build a repeatable US payroll services motion to drive market penetration from SMB to mid-market.
- Scale the UK payroll services model to support continued growth and increasing customer complexity.
- Lead payroll implementation and services delivery with a focus on quality, speed, and customer experience.
- Own payroll services revenue and P&L, ensuring strong business performance.
- Leverage AI, automation, and innovative problem solving to improve how payroll services are delivered and scaled.
Requirements
- Strong US payroll experience is required.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing payroll services or operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience scaling payroll services and/or operations in a high-growth business.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning or influencing revenue and P&L.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to work effectively across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Innovative mindset with experience using AI or automation to improve scale and execution.
