Vice President, Global HR Technology & People Platforms (Workday)

Location: Denver, Colorado with 3 days in-office and 2 days flexible, or remote within the United States

Salary: $250,000–$275,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the global People Technology strategy and roadmap across Workday, the HR Service Delivery Platform, and connected systems.
• Design and implement integrated people workflows spanning workforce planning, requisition, hiring, internal mobility, promotion, and backfill.
• Build a closed-loop talent mobility model using performance data, succession plans, and skills taxonomies.
• Implement global HR service delivery, including service catalogs, case taxonomy, knowledge management, self-service, and AI-enabled case resolution.
• Establish job architecture, compensation structures, career pathways, data governance, and systems controls.
• Lead global releases, integrations, enhancements, and multi-region HR technology transformation programs.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or People Systems leadership.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and module integration.
• Experience leading HRIS teams and large-scale implementations, upgrades, or transformations in complex, multi-site, or global organizations.
• Knowledge of core HR, compensation, benefits, talent, payroll integrations, data governance, compliance, and systems controls.
• Experience integrating automation or AI capabilities into business processes with appropriate governance and data privacy.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Advanced Workday experience in reporting, security, and integrations.
• Experience with generative AI, agentic workflows, HR shared services, service delivery platforms, or people analytics.
• Experience in high-growth organizations and cross-functional HR, IT, and Finance transformation.
• Change management and executive stakeholder communication expertise.
