Vice President, Global HR Technology & People Platforms (Workday): Leading the enterprise strategy and product ownership of the global HR technology ecosystem with an accent on Workday integration, HR service delivery, and AI-enabled process automation. Focus on building a scalable talent flywheel, driving data governance, and transforming people operations into an intelligent, data-driven engine for workforce planning and employee experience.
Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in Denver, CO or Remote US).
Salary: $250,000–$275,000 Base + Bonus.

What you will do
- Own the global People Technology strategy and roadmap across Workday and HR service delivery platforms.
- Design and implement end-to-end people workflows, including workforce planning, hiring, mobility, and promotion.
- Build and operationalize a closed-loop talent flywheel leveraging performance data and skills taxonomy.
- Scale a global HR service delivery platform with AI-enabled case management and self-service capabilities.
- Drive global standardization of people processes, data governance, and system controls.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs across HR, IT, and Finance to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or People Systems leadership.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and module integration.
- Proven experience leading HRIS teams in complex, multi-site, or global organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across core HR, compensation, benefits, talent, and payroll.
- Experience managing large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or transformations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced Workday capabilities (Advanced Reporting, Security, Integrations).
- Experience deploying or scaling AI-enabled capabilities within HR technology ecosystems.
- Familiarity with generative AI, agentic workflows, and emerging technologies.
- HR Shared Services and Service Delivery Platform experience.
- Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
