What you will do

• Execute end-to-end payroll across active entities including US multi-state, UK PAYE, Canada, Singapore, and UAE.
• Coordinate with EOR providers to validate invoices against actuals and create auditable workflows.
• Support the finance team with GL journals, month-end reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Manage processing for variable compensation, including timing, accuracy, and correct tax withholding.
• Lead new country setup for payroll operations, covering systems configuration and testing.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding payroll questions, tax situations, and equity withholding.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a high-growth global technology company.
• Experience with Rippling Payroll.
• Strong command of US multi-state payroll and state-specific compliance.
• International payroll experience across at least two of: UK, Canada, Singapore, or UAE.
• Experience managing EOR and third-party payroll vendors.
• Analytical rigor, high accuracy, and strong documentation habits.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with equity compensation tax and withholding (RSUs, options).
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting global entity setup and new-country payroll launches.
• Background in payroll accounting fundamentals (GL journals, month-end reconciliations).
