What you will do

  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for People operations, systems, and data.
  • Own and modernize HR infrastructure, workflows, data governance, and reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and others to improve data architecture.
  • Build scalable operating models by simplifying processes and strengthening controls.
  • Drive workforce data quality and lead People analytics and executive reporting.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve People workflows.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, United States
  • 10+ years leadership experience in People Operations, HR Technology, or related fields.
  • 4+ years managing operational, systems, or analytics teams.
  • Deep experience with HRIS, payroll, planning systems, and data flow.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into executive decisions.
  • Proven success in systems implementation, process redesign, and operating-model improvements.
