Focus on optimizing scheduling workflows in Greenhouse, managing onsite interview days in Singapore, and scaling recruiting operations for a hyper-growth AI cloud platform.

Location: Hybrid in Singapore. Must be based in Singapore to coordinate and support onsite, in-person interviews.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring seamless scheduling and execution.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by managing in-person interview days and maintaining polished communication.
  • Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse to ensure accuracy and timely launches.
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data across Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with HR leadership on talent acquisition projects and operational initiatives to help the team scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Must be based in Singapore for onsite coordination.
  • Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage evolving processes as an operational anchor.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, or IT recruiting teams.
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools.
  • Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives.
