Location: Hybrid in Singapore. Must be based in Singapore to coordinate and support onsite, in-person interviews.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring seamless scheduling and execution.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by managing in-person interview days and maintaining polished communication.
- Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse to ensure accuracy and timely launches.
- Maintain candidate and requisition data across Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Partner with HR leadership on talent acquisition projects and operational initiatives to help the team scale.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Must be based in Singapore for onsite coordination.
- Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage evolving processes as an operational anchor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, or IT recruiting teams.
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools.
- Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives.
