What you will do

• Develop and refine artisan bread and sourdough recipes focusing on French bakery heritage.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and training sessions for professional artisans and bakery chains.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into practical technical solutions and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to support business development and product promotion.
• Act as a brand ambassador at international seminars, fairs, and conferences.
• Share technical insights and best practices to maintain high quality standards in technical support.

Requirements

• Brevet de Maîtrise de Boulangerie or equivalent high-level professional mastery in bakery.
• Proven experience in recipe development, technical training, and demonstrations.
• Fluent English proficiency for working across global teams.
• Strong technical craftsmanship combined with a commercially aware and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel globally (approximately 10-15%).
