What you will do

• Own the end-to-end outbound pipeline, including targeting, enrichment, outreach, and meeting booking
• Build and maintain GTM workflows such as email sequencing, CRM automation, and lead scoring
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and build internal tooling to increase output
• Develop technical messaging tailored to ML engineers and AI researchers
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion stages
• Collaborate with founders to refine the GTM playbook for scaling

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and execute a GTM motion with measurable results
• Track record of closing deals
• CS or engineering background, or extensive experience with "vibe-coding"
• Deep familiarity with GTM tooling
• Strong written communication skills for technical audiences
• Startup experience in early-stage technology companies

Nice to have

• Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products
• Experience with outbound systems like Clay, Apollo, or custom automation
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem, specifically RL and evals
• Creative and high-leverage approaches to pipeline generation
