TL;DR
Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing 60 to 80 Enterprise State of California (SLED) accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market presence with an accent on consultative sales and executive relationship building. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, negotiating complex agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver advanced AI-native security solutions.
Location: Must be based in California, preferably Sacramento area
Salary: $105,000 - $163,000 per year (plus commissions and equity)

What you will do
- Identify and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned SLED territory.
- Target and engage decision-makers, including CIOs and CSOs, to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, and System Engineering.
- Leverage partner relationships to expand account presence and drive engagement.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and sales activities in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in California with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proven experience in target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
- Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of solution selling experience in software or infrastructure security.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
