Salary: $30.00–$44.00/hr

What you will do

• Place, track, and release purchase orders for inventory, tooling, and supplies.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and adjust replenishment orders to meet production targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Process non-conforming materials and support supplier transitions.
• Expedite critical shipments and monitor delivery timelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Luis Obispo, CA.
• 2-year business education or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 5+ years of purchasing experience in OEM or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and multi-level BOMs.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with INFOR Visual ERP.
