What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Business and Data Analysts, providing technical guidance and direction.
- Oversee the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and data extracts using Power BI.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and high-quality solutions.
- Manage project activities across the full lifecycle, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective operational outcomes.
- Promote best practices in data governance, reporting standards, and self-serve analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, SSRS, DAX, and tabular models.
- Must hold Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizenship Status.
- Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years for Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
- English proficiency is required.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Experience with enterprise data environments or data governance.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMP.
