Senior Solutions Architect (AI, HPC & Lustre)

Location: Remote within the United States; frequent travel across the United States is required.

Salary: USD 197,200–255,200 annual target salary range, including potential commission as part of OTE.

What you will do

• Lead advanced customer discussions on AI, analytics, HPC architectures, and data-intensive workloads.
• Assess GPU clusters, storage pipelines, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for Lustre-based acceleration.
• Architect hirify.global E-Series and Lustre storage solutions spanning on-premises infrastructure, NeoCloud, and AI hyperscaler GPU environments.
• Partner with Client Executives and Sales Engineers to align AI, HPC, and storage strategies with account plans.
• Deliver workshops, technical sessions, demonstrations, benchmarks, proofs of concept, and pilots focused on infrastructure performance and GPU efficiency.
• Develop AI infrastructure and HPC storage pipeline opportunities, contribute to RFP/RFI responses, and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles focused on AI/ML, HPC, or high-performance data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with parallel file systems, preferably Lustre, or other HPC storage architectures.
• Experience with GPU-accelerated workloads, NVIDIA ecosystems, distributed training environments, and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of high-performance storage, block and parallel file systems, throughput optimization, I/O bottlenecks, and storage scaling.
• Knowledge of HPC compute, storage, high-speed networking, InfiniBand, RDMA, high-speed Ethernet, and distributed data pipelines.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex HPC and storage concepts into business value.

Nice to have

• Experience with BeeGFS, NVIDIA DGX, CUDA, DGX SuperPOD, CoreWeave, Lambda, or Crusoe environments.
