Salary: $197,200 - $255,200 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead advanced technical discussions with Enterprise customers regarding AI, analytics, and HPC architectures.
• Architect high-performance storage solutions leveraging hirify.global E-Series and Lustre to maximize GPU efficiency.
• Guide customers in bridging on-premises infrastructure with NeoCloud and AI hyperscaler GPU providers like CoreWeave, Lambda, and Crusoe.
• Partner with Client Executives and SEs to align AI and HPC storage strategies with account plans.
• Deliver technical workshops, benchmarks, and POCs demonstrating performance at petabyte scale.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence the evolution of hirify.global's AI and HPC storage portfolio.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or pre-sales focusing on AI/ML, HPC, or high-performance data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with parallel file systems, specifically Lustre.
• Expertise in GPU-accelerated workloads and the NVIDIA ecosystem (CUDA, DGX).
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the US.
