Senior Solutions Architect I, Pre-Sales (US Government Defense & Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, with work from the Washington D.C. office 3 days per week; travel up to 25%, including internationally.

US base salary range: $116,340–$145,390 annually, plus potential short- and long-term incentives, bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Architect and deliver solution demonstrations and presentations that show the technical capabilities and value of hirify.global's data and services.
• Advise US Defense and Intelligence customers on solution architectures addressing Earth data challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with technical, management, and executive stakeholders in the US Federal Government.
• Develop technical responses to tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and unsolicited proposals.
• Partner with sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Business Development on account strategy, pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback.
• Mentor team members and lead customer workshops and internal training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting the US Defense and Intelligence community in a technical capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with GIS and remote sensing users in the Defense industry, including IMINT, ISR, and related fields.
• Experience with QGIS, SocetGXP, ArcGIS, GDAL, Python, geospatial software, programming languages, and AI/ML technologies.
• Ability to process imagery, manipulate geospatial data, interact with APIs, and build data pipelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility for a US Government TS/SCI security clearance; access to export-controlled information is subject to applicable EAR/ITAR requirements.
