Senior Solutions Architect, MSP

Annual base salary: $141,400–$212,100 USD; incentive pay and/or equity may also be available.

hirify.global is building the Enterprise Data Cloud, a unified and governed data platform that serves as a foundation for enterprise AI, with solutions spanning data intelligence, cyber resilience, Portworx, FlashArray, FlashBlade, and Evergreen//One.

What you will do

• Lead MSP opportunities from discovery and solution design through sizing, proof of concept, competitive positioning, and technical close.
• Design end-to-end managed service architectures covering multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operational models, APIs, and integration with existing service stacks.
• Model service economics, including cost per tenant, workload and capacity pricing, consumption models, and partner margins.
• Position the full hirify.global platform against competitors and support MSP co-selling with their end customers.
• Build technical credibility with MSP architects, practice leaders, and CTOs while enabling partner teams to sell and deploy independently.
• Feed requirements and reusable technical assets into the global MSP program and Product Management, and represent hirify.global at partner events and technical workshops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership, with a record of winning partner-led business.
• Direct MSP experience and a strong understanding of how managed services are built, priced, operated, and sold.
• Experience driving and closing technically complex competitive deals, with fluency in consumption economics, TCO, and margin.
• Strong knowledge of block, file, and object storage, unstructured data at scale, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes, and storage-as-a-service models.
• Working knowledge of compute, databases, networking, virtualization, AI/ML data pipelines, data governance, cyber resilience, and data classification.
• Strong communication, executive presence, collaboration, influence, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment.
