Technical Director IS Business Enablement, Client Experience

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto, moving to the Mississauga office in late 2026; current work authorization for Canada is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery and relationship management across the Client Experience business.
• Act as the IS technical subject matter expert and primary technology contact for business leadership.
• Align technology strategy, delivery, and services with business objectives across sales, service, relationship management, and marketing.
• Partner with IS teams, including security, architecture, infrastructure, project governance, business analysis, and quality engineering, to define and deliver solutions.
• Maintain application availability, incident resolution, development quality controls, and technology service KPIs.
• Identify and enable responsible AI opportunities with the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence while meeting company, ethical, regulatory, and risk standards.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of technical architecture and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of IT or operations management experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in financial services, mutual funds, or asset management, including knowledge of Transfer Agency services.
• Experience partnering with business leaders across complex financial services portfolios and translating business objectives into technology strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, team leadership, strategic planning, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
