Technical Director IS Business Enablement, Client Experience (Fintech)

Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Work location is in Toronto (transitioning to Mississauga in late 2026) with flexible hybrid options.

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery and serve as the primary IS subject matter expert for the Client Experience portfolio.
• Align technology strategy with business objectives across sales, service, and marketing.
• Collaborate with the VP of AI to identify and enable responsible AI opportunities.
• Manage relationships with industry partners and technology vendors to improve service efficiency.
• Oversee application availability, incident resolution, and development quality KPIs.
• Partner with internal IS departments including Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 7+ years of technical architecture and delivery experience.
• 5+ years of IT or Operations management experience within the Financial Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Asset Management, and Transfer Agency services.
• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into technology strategies.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
