Compensation: $161,520 – $290,760 (varies by US geography)

What you will do
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to grow and retain high-value automotive accounts.
- Take full ownership of account P&L, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain deep strategic alliances with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities to deliver bespoke services tailored to unique customer needs.
- Lead with industry expertise to provide innovative solutions that position the company as a market leader.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Detroit, MI up to 75% of the time.
- 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L of $10M+.
- Direct professional experience in the automotive, IT, and manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Ability to support regional travel up to 25% as needed.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Prior sales experience in technical solutions.
