What you will do

• Lead and empower a team focused on designing and costing service solutions like maintenance, remote support, and managed services.
• Drive continuous improvement in quoting tools and business processes to support sales enablement and contract execution.
• Collaborate with global and local leadership to define new service offerings and ensure speed-to-market.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments, partners, and suppliers to promote Dematic services.
• Manage team staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics to meet commercial expectations.
• Evaluate service bundles and SaaS packages for effectiveness in achieving customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations.
• BA or BS degree in Communication, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated success in implementing organizational change and change management best practices.
• Proven ability to define KPIs and motivate teams to achieve performance improvements.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMP certification.
