What you will do

• Visit Ford dealerships to provide business process consultation, training, and product performance optimization.
• Coach dealership staff on utilizing hirify.global solutions to increase parts sales and improve customer service.
• Analyze usage data and market trends to implement action plans that drive dealer performance.
• Partner with automaker field staff to increase awareness and adoption of hirify.global technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and visit notes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Coordinate field activities with internal Customer Success and Direct Sales teams to support revenue initiatives.

Requirements

• Must reside in Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL.
• Must be willing to travel nationally by car and plane 80% of work time.
• Valid driver's license that is Real ID compliant.
• At least 1 year of account management or consultative sales experience.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
