TL;DR

Compensation: $170,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own post-go-live success for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market Omni partners.
  • Monitor partner health metrics including booking volume, rate quality, and conversion.
  • Drive GBV growth through proactive check-ins, performance reviews, and optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with Solutions hirify.globalering to ensure smooth partner onboarding and activation.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for post-live partner issues and relationship management.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell new use cases within existing partner footprints.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner success, customer success, or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record managing B2B relationships with measurable revenue or GBV outcomes.
  • Strong data orientation with the ability to use metrics to diagnose problems and drive strategy.
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams while owning the commercial relationship.
  • Must be based in the US to support the remote-first US-based team.
  • High bar for written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with API-based product partnerships or platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with hotel supply, OTA distribution, or corporate travel.
  • Experience building health scoring models or QBR frameworks.
