Compensation: $170,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own post-go-live success for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market Omni partners.
- Monitor partner health metrics including booking volume, rate quality, and conversion.
- Drive GBV growth through proactive check-ins, performance reviews, and optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with Solutions ering to ensure smooth partner onboarding and activation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for post-live partner issues and relationship management.
- Identify expansion opportunities and upsell new use cases within existing partner footprints.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner success, customer success, or strategic account management.
- Proven track record managing B2B relationships with measurable revenue or GBV outcomes.
- Strong data orientation with the ability to use metrics to diagnose problems and drive strategy.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams while owning the commercial relationship.
- Must be based in the US to support the remote-first US-based team.
- High bar for written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with API-based product partnerships or platform integrations.
- Familiarity with hotel supply, OTA distribution, or corporate travel.
- Experience building health scoring models or QBR frameworks.
