Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee workloads and workflows to ensure client deliverables are met or exceeded.
• Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies for complex client issues.
• Lead the onboarding of new clients and collaborate with service teams on implementation plans.
• Mentor and train staff in best practices for client relationship development and consulting.
• Maintain accountability for revenue and profitability across assigned client accounts.
• Build and foster productive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal leadership teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in benefits consulting (5+ preferred).
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing staff (5+ preferred).
• Current life and health insurance license required.
• Advanced knowledge of health, ancillary, and alternative funding products.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region and to the corporate office several times a year.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance including HIPAA, ERISA, and PPACA.
