Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Design end-to-end systems for onboarding, content discovery, and AI-driven automation.
• Define interaction models for platform-level systems including metadata, policy management, and cross-product orchestration.
• Embed AI-driven recommendations and agents into the product to create trustworthy, effective user experiences.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to ship measurable improvements to core growth metrics.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across a complex, multi-product platform.
• Workshop with senior leadership to frame UX experiments and iterate based on data-driven results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in multi-product, B2B SaaS platforms is a hard requirement.
• Proven ability to drive measurable product outcomes like adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Deep experience collaborating with senior stakeholders including CxOs, VPs, and Engineering Leads.
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences and utilizing modern AI prototyping tools.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex technical workflows.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and reside in an approved state.

Nice to have

• Background in GRC, compliance, HR tech, or edTech platforms.
• Experience working on complex platform architecture or system redesign projects.
