What you will do

• Design intuitive AI-powered experiences, integrating LLM-driven features and contextual intelligence into the product ecosystem.
• Lead the design for Extension and Admin surfaces to ensure high quality, coherence, and utility.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate model capabilities into clear interaction models.
• Contribute to and expand the cross-surface design system in Figma for scale and consistency.
• Conduct research, user interviews, and behavioral analytics to validate solutions and iterate on prototypes.
• Perform design QA to bridge the gap between specifications and the shipped product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing complex web-based products based on data and customer insights.
• Must be based in the United States.
• AI-first workflow: daily use of LLMs and AI-assisted prototyping tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered features, such as conversational interfaces or agentic workflows.
• Expertise in Figma and experience maintaining components across multiple product surfaces.
• Strong systems thinking and a passion for typography and compelling microcopy.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for browser extensions, mobile apps, or other constrained, high-frequency surfaces.
