What you will do
- Own and expand partnerships with the largest and most complex fintech accounts to drive growth.
- Negotiate renewals and expansions, identifying new revenue streams to ensure measurable ROI for customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, guiding their scaling into new markets and products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, Support, and Product teams for seamless launches.
- Balance commercial targets (NRR, GRR, ARR) with adoption, value delivery, and retention.
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise accounts in B2B2C environments serving millions of end users.
- Proven commercial ownership with experience carrying revenue targets and negotiating contracts.
- Builder's mentality and ability to thrive in fast-scaling, product-led companies.
- High emotional intelligence to build trust and drive alignment with C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach to orchestrating success across internal product and support teams.
