What you will do
- Serve as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, diagnosing business health and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead GTM planning cycles, including territory coverage, quota allocation, and resource mapping.
- Manage operational cadences such as weekly forecasting, pipeline health checks, and quarterly business reviews.
- Design and maintain advanced dashboards to provide insightful commentary on sales performance.
- Synthesize complex datasets into high-impact executive presentations.
- Identify systemic roadblocks and implement data automation to drive proactive, AI-supported insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or analytical business partnership.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, commercial execution, and forecasting models.
- Proven mastery of advanced data modeling in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience scoping operational requirements and collaborating with BI teams to build automated dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, Tableau, or Anaplan is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
