What you will do
- Manage end-to-end financial workflows, including media billing, invoicing, and vendor payment reconciliations.
- Act as the functional expert for Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra), configuring system settings and global workflows.
- Maintain data integrity and seamless flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP.
- Coordinate between agency finance teams, Shared Services, and IT for system training and onboarding.
- Analyze media financial reports on spend pacing and revenue while supporting month-end close.
- Implement workflow automations and AI-enabled anomaly detection for billing validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance or Shared Services (SSC/BPO).
- Hands-on administrative experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
- Strong understanding of multi-currency billing and AP/AR workflows.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for mass data manipulation and reconciliation.
- Outstanding English communication skills for collaboration across international time zones.
- Must be based in Uruguay.
Nice to have
- Experience with Deltek Maconomy ERP.
- Exposure to API mapping and system integrations.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
- Background in RPA or digital transformation initiatives.
