Location: Remote (USA only). Please note that the company does not hire in the following states: AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI.

Compensation: $129,000–$166,500/year.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle for a strategic list of employer clients, driving retention and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business reviews leveraging clinical outcomes, engagement data, and ROI analyses.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to identify evolving client needs and lead expansion discussions.
  • Lead renewal negotiations and upsell contracting, guiding stakeholders toward mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor key success indicators to surface risks and opportunities early.
  • Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners across Clinical, Analytics, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or client-facing account management.
  • Proven track record of independently managing enterprise or strategic employer accounts.
  • Demonstrated success leading contract renewals and expansions with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience presenting strategic and financial value to HR, benefits, and consultant audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of account growth and client economics.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
