What you will do
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Enablon platform to ensure successful usage and adoption.
- Act as a customer advocate by engaging with support and product teams to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate service delivery efforts between clients and internal cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent account deterioration or churn.
- Regularly assess customer satisfaction and implement strategic improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Proven experience in the EHS industry.
- Advanced proficiency in client management and customer advocacy within post-sales environments.
- Strong technical acumen to discuss product features and domain best practices.
- Ability to perform comprehensive data analysis and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Experience facilitating collaboration in a matrixed corporate environment.
