Compensation: $57,400 – $98,350 USD.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Enablon platform to ensure successful usage and adoption.
  • Act as a customer advocate by engaging with support and product teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Coordinate service delivery efforts between clients and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent account deterioration or churn.
  • Regularly assess customer satisfaction and implement strategic improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Proven experience in the EHS industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in client management and customer advocacy within post-sales environments.
  • Strong technical acumen to discuss product features and domain best practices.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive data analysis and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Experience facilitating collaboration in a matrixed corporate environment.
