Salary: $134,000–$184,000

What you will do

  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Partner with leadership to optimize operational procedures and team performance.
  • Drive accountability for core KPIs including renewal rates, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Manage executive-level client engagement and high-visibility operational escalations.
  • Oversee monthly revenue forecasting and risk management strategies.
  • Represent the department in late-stage prospect meetings and internal deal reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Required: Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gainsight.
  • Passion for mental health and healthcare transformation.
