TL;DR

Head of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing (AI): Architecting and executing a holistic growth strategy to accelerate customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion across digital and product channels with an accent on performance marketing, website optimization, and lifecycle automation. Focus on building a high-performing growth engine, scaling demand generation campaigns, and driving measurable revenue impact through data-driven experimentation.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, or Remote).

Compensation: $280,000–$330,000 OTE (Base, Bonus + Equity).

What you will do

  • Design and execute an end-to-end growth strategy across web, paid media, and product-led initiatives.
  • Lead and optimize growth marketing channels with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Oversee website strategy and conversion rate optimization to serve as a high-converting demand engine.
  • Develop SEO/AEO and content performance initiatives to drive high-intent organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with Product, RevOps, and Sales to align channel strategies with pipeline goals.
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including 3+ years in a growth leadership role.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets with measurable business impact.
  • Deep analytical expertise and understanding of data architecture and system interconnectivity.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker/Tableau.
  • Experience working with enterprise buyer journeys and ABM motions.
