Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid for those within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC; Remote for others).
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 base + $140,000–$170,000 OTE.

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales plans for an assigned territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
- Utilize value-selling techniques to present tailored solutions to Mid-Market financial services clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.
- Interpret market trends and data to align sales initiatives with customer needs.
- Partner with internal business lines to secure and close new logo deals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition.
- Proven experience working within the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated track record of overachievement in sales goals.
- Strong communication skills and experience in value-based selling.
- Ability to drive consistent activity and pipeline development independently.
