What you will do
- Own company-wide operating cadence (MBRs, QBRs, annual planning) and transition reporting to async models.
- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation with Finance, People, and ELT using financial models, headcount plans, and enterprise goals.
- Act as DRI for cross-functional “big bets,” from business case through delivery.
- Provide executive visibility via dashboards, telemetry, and initiative health reporting.
- Serve as an ELT operating partner by synthesizing data across product, sales, and operations to unblock bottlenecks.
- Build and scale a centralized ops function by dynamically deploying Program Managers and Business Operators to key friction points.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles, including leadership experience at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans, financial models, and headcount/resource decisions.
- Experience owning annual planning processes and cross-functional prioritization cadence at rapidly scaling organizations.
- Strong executive presence: synthesize complex information into crisp narratives and debate constructively with ELT.
- People leadership experience: hiring, structuring, and developing high-performing operator teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and high-performance, low-consensus environments.
