hirify.global transforms business travel with a platform combining corporate travel, a charge card, and spend management.

What you will do

  • Own company-wide operating cadence (MBRs, QBRs, annual planning) and transition reporting to async models.
  • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation with Finance, People, and ELT using financial models, headcount plans, and enterprise goals.
  • Act as DRI for cross-functional “big bets,” from business case through delivery.
  • Provide executive visibility via dashboards, telemetry, and initiative health reporting.
  • Serve as an ELT operating partner by synthesizing data across product, sales, and operations to unblock bottlenecks.
  • Build and scale a centralized ops function by dynamically deploying Program Managers and Business Operators to key friction points.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles, including leadership experience at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans, financial models, and headcount/resource decisions.
  • Experience owning annual planning processes and cross-functional prioritization cadence at rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Strong executive presence: synthesize complex information into crisp narratives and debate constructively with ELT.
  • People leadership experience: hiring, structuring, and developing high-performing operator teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and high-performance, low-consensus environments.
