What you will do

• Support major product launches and strategic initiatives, including product QA/testing before releases.
• Maintain and manage demo environments and demo accounts; create product decks and materials for early client conversations.
• Gather, organize, and analyze operational data to support decisions across operations, growth, product, and people functions.
• Work with the data team to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate cross-team projects by tracking timelines, action items, and stakeholder communication; prepare agendas, notes, and status updates.
• Document, maintain, and improve internal processes and workflows; administer internal tools and systems; support onboarding and internal events.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, technology, or a related field (or strong internship experience in a fast-paced environment).
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling data, building spreadsheets, and turning numbers into a clear story.
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, ClickUp, or similar project management and documentation platforms.
