What you will do

• Own cross-workstream alignment, dependencies, and the critical path across the full programme lifecycle.
• Define and continuously evolve programme-level artefacts, governance, and reporting for decision-making and assurance.
• Provide insight-led executive reporting to senior client and hirify.global leadership, covering risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Lead programme assurance through regular health assessments and proactive intervention.
• Shape and mobilise new initiatives within the engagement, including escalation for complex delivery, commercial, or stakeholder challenges.
• Ensure delivery outcomes align with strategic client goals and long-term account objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex Data & AI programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams, teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience owning large-scale programmes/portfolios, including scope, budget, risk, and value realisation.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and programme financials (forecasting, margin and efficiency optimisation).
• Strong delivery assurance experience: assessing programme health, identifying risks/gaps/inefficiencies, and driving corrective action.
• Ability to design and evolve programme governance, operating models, and team structures.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
