Location: United States (remote within the U.S.); only candidates residing in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington
Salary: $160,000 - $165,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage contract pipelines as the primary operational point of contact for Legal, accelerating internal approval workflows to close creator and strategic business deals.
- Oversee end-to-end operational support for podcast acquisitions and new creator-led media expansions, including evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
- Partner with Finance, Production, Product, Legal, Sales, and Live Events to manage workflows, approval processes, and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Lead operational planning and execution for new B2C and B2B creator-led business concepts.
- Establish, standardize, and scale backend workflows to support a growing network of high-profile creators and original IP.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of business operations or business development experience, with a strong preference for creator economy, digital media, or talent management.
- Proven ability to turn ambiguity into organized, scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong contract lifecycle expertise, including working closely with internal legal teams and business leadership on complex contract workflows.
- Experience launching digital content programs/products and managing new business lines from scratch.
- Expert cross-functional communication skills to influence across departments and unblock projects quickly.
- Residency requirement: must reside in one of the listed U.S. states to be considered.
