TL;DR
Deployment Strategist (AI): Leading the delivery of large-scale virtual assistant deployments for Fortune 500 customers with an accent on strategic delivery leadership and client relationship management. Focus on bridging the gap between client expectations and engineering, optimizing voice experiences, and driving customer service transformation.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote/WFH supported)
Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 base salary plus annual bonus

What you will do
- Lead the delivery of transformative virtual assistants at scale, from high-volume deployments to strategic PoCs.
- Advise Fortune 500 customers on reshaping their customer service organizations using technical expertise and executive presence.
- Act as the single point of accountability, bridging the gap between client expectations and engineering execution.
- Track and report on value-driven success metrics, utilization, adoption, and account health.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to determine the best technical solutions for business needs.
- Continuously improve agent design and voice experience quality to raise the bar for the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, ideally within AI or regulated environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative abilities to win complex pilots and accounts.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments and simplify complex workflows.
- Strong customer obsession and meticulous attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with customer service or process automation, particularly involving AI.
- Knowledge of project management principles and product prioritization.
- Experience in customer success or account management (familiarity with GRR and NRR metrics).
- Experience acting as an escalation point for account or delivery risks.
